Samia Nasri is
an arbitrator and a prominent lawyer registered with the Tunisian Bar since 2007 and holds the title of Lawyer at the Supreme Court. With extensive qualifications including a Masters in Anglo-American Law from the University of Legal, Political and Social Sciences in Tunis, an Executive MBA from Goizueta Business School-Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, and various certificates in corporate advisory, Islamic finance, and legal English, Samia has a strong foundation in legal expertise.
As the founder of AL NASRI INTERNATIONAL LAW FIRM (« ANILF »), Samia has established herself as a leading figure in the legal community. She has 17 years of experience working with leading law firms in Tunisia and has completed international internships at prominent firms and institutions including Clifford Chance in London, Morgan Stanley in London, and the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association in Chicago.
Throughout her career, Samia has served as a lawyer advisor to numerous Tunisian and foreign companies, handling a diverse range of legal matters. She has been involved in significant projects such as Tata Motors’ investment in Tunisia, the Sama Dubai project, and Due Diligence processes for various companies. Samia’s expertise extends to publications and articles on topics such as comparative law, foreign investment, and the legal implications of the COVID-19 crisis.
Beyond her professional achievements, Samia is an Ambassador of the International Lawyer for Africa program and a founding member of the Tunisian Observatory of Intellectual Property.
